Civitas was founded by a passionate, diverse group of community leaders to create a unique space where we can develop more complete perspectives and launch meaningful, collaborative efforts. To keep our organization accessible, dynamic, and truly representative of our community, we are looking for:

• Local advocates: While all are welcome, our members primarily come from Pasadena and the immediate surrounding areas to foster stronger, localized collaboration.

• Collaborative leaders: We value members who are dedicated to engaging respectfully with differing perspectives.
  Diverse voices: We proudly offer limited, heavily discounted memberships to youth leaders (21 and older) and leaders of small non-profits or faith-based organizations to ensure we have a wide variety of experiences in the room.
